Where is headquarters?
Headquarters is mythical, like the First Earth Battalion it's not an organization or structure, it's a public mythical exercise in excellence. Writers contribute ideas here (www.firstEarthBattalion.com & ProjectJedi.net) like a forum, a place to exercise sharing knowlege in a creative way. The unit designs (Sparkly Eyes Unit, etc..) are only a creative fun way to express concepts such as love your enemy.  In this way everyone may participate without having to join anything. As Jim says, "if you want to be a member, you already are".  You already have your orders, be excellent!

Zazzle credit card orders are held  until you verify your identity.  However, because Paypal provides them with identity verification buyer safety, the paypal orders are processed almost immediately.  This is a common e-commerce security practice with most e-retailers today.
